Day Three of the NFL Draft is upon us, and there are still plenty of talented players available. Here are the best players who could still hear their names called in rounds four through seven, according to ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr.

1. Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina

Howell is a talented passer with a strong arm and good mobility. He was one of the most productive quarterbacks in the country last season, throwing for 3,641 yards and 35 touchdowns. 2. Julius Brents, CB, Kansas State
