Introducing Vance Vicente: A Pioneer in Marine Sciences

Early Life and Education

Vance Vicente has dedicated his life to exploring the depths of marine sciences. After completing his Master of Science (MS) degree, he embarked on a journey as the Assistant Science Program Coordinator of Puerto Rico. Vicente then pursued higher education, obtaining MS and PhD degrees in Marine Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico in 1973 and 1987, respectively.
